Bri is the founder of Well + Whole Collective. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Yoga Instructor.
Bri works with adult individuals and couples. She frequently works with individuals looking to live a more congruent life through embodiment practices, improving understanding of old patterns and holding compassionate understanding. Common issues in Bri's work include maternal mental health, life stage transitions and processing grief.
Bri also works with couples to improve communication, to reduce relational conflict and to connect more meaningfully to one another. Bri enjoys supporting couples through the transition to parenthood.

Dr. Julie McKay, Psy.D, LP
Lakeside Psychology Services, LLC

Dr. McKay is a licensed clinical child psychologist.  She works with children birth to young adulthood with a specialty focus on parenting and children 0-6, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and children with co-occurring developmental delays or complex medical needs.  Dr. McKay worked at the Childrens Hospital of Minnesota providing both short and long term treatment for individuals, families, and groups.  She worked in pediatric primary care, playing an influential role in bringing HealthSteps to the state of Minnesota and developing a group intervention for parents with young children with complex medical needs.  Dr. McKay is a board member for the Minnesota Association for Children's Mental Health - Infant and Early Childhood Division, will be teaching at the University of Minnesota in the Early Childhood Certificate program, and will soon be Infant Mental Health Endorsed Level IV.  She is accepting new patients and will be able to provide reflective supervision/consultation.

Gabby has been working with families since 2009 as a Marriage and Family Therapist, doula, midwife apprentice, and childcare provider. She is passionate about supporting families and individuals through life transitions especially during the childbearing years.
She approaches therapy from a whole body perspective to help make new connections in the mind and body. She trusts the inherent wisdom in each person to find a way to healing or integrating painful or challenging experiences. Gabby acts as a guide, witness, and space holder to create conditions for living a fuller life.
Gabby works mainly with individuals and couples who are seeking support for grief, loss, life and relationship changes, and adjusting to family life.

Lyndsey is a Gottman and EFT trained couples therapist and specializes in helping couples strengthen and repair relationships. Over the last 10 years of her practice, Lyndsey has focused on helping several types of couples. Premarital couples, couples who have experienced betrayl, disconnection, and emotional distancing as well as couples on the brink of divorce.
